You now have a couple of batches of beer under your belt, ready to take your skill to the next level? The intermediate seminar focuses on the transition from pure extract use to grain use in the brewing process. You'll learn about the basics of malting, grain difference, and how this grain works in conjunction with extract brewing to create a memorable beer. Hops and yeast will also be discussed in depth in this seminar to further your knowledge of the overall process and inner workings of brewing.
