Many of us love brewing but as brewers we know that bottling can be a long, monotonous, laborious process that one dreads. Kegging beer is a way around bottling which saves time, allows us to enjoy the fruits of our labor in a very short amount of time, and allows us to impress our friends with a kegging setup at home. This seminar will walk you through the process of kegging your beer after it is finished fermenting. There will be an emphasis on equipment, do’s and dont’s, methods of rapid carbonation, and the importance of CO2 pressure and line length in relation to our altitude
