The top of line sanitizer we carry. Star San is a no rinse, acid based sanitizer that will not stain equipment. Use in dilution rate of 1 oz of sanitizer to 5 gallons of water. Residual foam is to be expected when using this product. Foam is harmless to yeast and humans. DON’T FEAR THE FOAM!!
